Jeff gullickson
Jeff is the Chief Advisor and takes the lead on all planning and operational matters — reviewing client reports, monthly client meetings, and managing tax compliance and planning. Before founding JNG Advisors, Jeff worked for several large CPA firms as a tax and audit accountant in the Northwest. Jeff wanted to offer his clients more than the traditional hourly tax preparation relationship that most accountants provide, so the opportunity to create longer term and comprehensive relationships with his dental clients has been a dream come true.
Jeff graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration. Right out of college, he worked as photographer on a Florida-based cruise ship, then settled down to own a successful photography business in his hometown. Jeff heard numbers calling his name and, after selling his photo studio, become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2008. He and his wife also owned a physical therapy practice in Chehalis, Washington during this time. Jeff's experience as a business owner gives him the unique experience to help clients through some of the challenges they face on a daily basis.
Jeff now lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife and two children. He enjoys all that Bend has to offer, including skiing, curling, golf and mountain biking..

Marika Spragg
Marika‘s title is Senior Accounts Manager, but we like to refer to her around the office as our Accounting Ninja. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to JNG Advisors. Marika handles bill-pay and EOD revenue reports, making her the primary contact for clients’ front office staff.

Holly gullickson
Holly is our Chief People Officer and handles all payroll and HR functions for our clients.
Holly worked as a physical therapist for nearly 20 years, with over 17 years in practice administration, ownership, and consulting. She is experienced in small business operations, specifically related to healthcare, and the importance of a strong work team.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys home improvement projects, skiing, and mountain biking.
